Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
Please be advised that we are currently placing orders with our suppliers as your orders are received. This process will result in an approximate lead time of 2 weeks, depending on your location and order specifics. In certain cases, your order may ship directly from our supplier. Furniture generally ships within 2-3 business days, while decor, lighting, and certain textiles may take longer. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Out of stock items will ship as they become available.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
For custom furniture please expect a longer lead time
”SOME” preorder items may have a lead time of up to 4 months. It is best to reach out to us so we may provide you with an approximate ship time and stock availability.

Anchored In Muskoka ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Anchored In Muskoka is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages
Anchored In Muskoka is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
